Why have an association:

  • Empowered politically as an interest group- Did you know that a new C.V. community development plan is in the works? Together, we can have some weight and pull in some of the decisions that might effect us.
  • Crime watch- Do we need one? You tell us!
  • Communication- Use your new Message board!

Why are we organizing? The G-CAA provides a valuable service to our community, and we encourage you to become members. Your membership dues fund many services that improve the quality of life in our community.

Who's in? Our 2005 annual membership drive is off to a successful start with 200 members! We thank you for your membership and participation!

How much to join (What are the dues)?

  • Dues are $15 for the year (July ’05 through June ‘06). If you haven’t joined yet, please mail your dues to:

    Greenridge-Coldwater Area Association
    PO Box 20691
    Castro Valley, CA 94546-8691

Who is that maintaining the triangle area at the bottom of the hill? That's Herb Joss. He is a local resident who does this on his own time as a volunteer. Why not stop and say thanks next time you see him working?

THANKS HERB!
